Florida update - the hubby REALLY doesn't want to move twice (rent first then buy) so I was telling him how if he transferred we could just BUY first off and move in to the house we buy. Apparently this never occurred to him before. He says it sounds like a good idea but he has to think on it for a while. So send transfer vibes! LOL
